Capt. Camp Walker

"The day belongs to the angler"

I am Capt. Camp Walker and my specialty is sight fishing the flats of Islamorada in the Florida Keys, Florida Bay, Everglades National Park, and Biscayne Bay National Park. I love to search for fish with a fly rod, however, I am not in any sense of the word a purist. I also enjoy live bait fishing and artificial spin/cast for everyone started out fishing with live bait and Zebco 33’s as kids.

I utilize my high energy, perpetual optimism and hard work ethic on the water everyday. It’s the catalyst to helping my clients catch fish! That being said, being on the water involves so much more than just catching fish. I am devoted to sharing Florida’s incredible natural environment with my clients. It’s beautiful out there! Lucky for me, this has been my “office” for the past decade! I promise you one thing, I will never yell at you, and I will do my best to give you the most enjoyable experience possible.

My philosophy is the day belongs to the angler. A day on the water can vary greatly depending on weather, tides and the angler’s abilities. Each day I look over every variable to ensure you are given the best opportunity to catch fish. The most rewarding part of a day on the water for me is knowing my client is satisfied. I strive to ensure anglers have a trip filled with great memories and a yearning desire to return to this amazing place in the Florida Keys and Everglades National Park.
